Over the past ten years, even though I have always managed to keep myself fit, I noticed that the food and excersie program I was doing, was not working like it had in the past. Over the past ten years, even though I have always managed to keep myself fit, I noticed that the food and excersie program I was doing, was not working like it had in the past. I had began the slow progression into middle age without noticing.I think middle age is anything over 40 so I am just getting there. My rear end and legs were becoming larger, my pants were becoming tighter and my energy level was dropping. It was a vicious cycle. I did not have the energy to excersise more, and it was not working anyway, I am too tired to cook, been running around all day, I'll just pick up some fast food for dinner. You know where I am going with this right? Sound familiar? I was becoming fat! I was wearing sweats and baggy t-shirts more often. I was beginning to think that this is just they way it is, I can't stop this from happening. Or could I? Then one day, there my answer was on the TV. P90X..... Tony Horton, oh yea, he is the Power 90 guy, that program is good but whats this? It's a whole program, how to eat, the challenge of muscle confusion, wow ok, ordered it and thats when it started. Today, I am challenged everyday with the series of P90X workouts, I have more energy to do the things I want and I have been told that the way that my body looks, no one would guess my age.
