I started my first round of P90X in Feb '09, and saw great results all the way through the conclusion of the program. Seeing major improvements in all aspects of my physical fitness. Unfortunately, I suffered a severe knee injury in late June, and was forced to rehabilitate before continuing with the program. However, my doctor stated that it could have been worse if I was not in the shape I was in, at the time of the injury. Well I'm back, the knee's great, and more ready than ever to get back into it!
