My name is Sara. I am a 29 year old university student ( went back after 8 years). I was diagnosed with an eating disorder " binge eating disorder" when i was 13 years old. Between ages 18 and 24, my weight fluctuated between 105-133 lbs. It was an ongoing battle; but i succeeded in keeping my weight in a fairly healthy range. In the past 5 years i have suffered from major depression, was on long term disability and gained so much weight in such a short time. Not only because of the eating disorder but also because i was put on 200 mg of corticosteroids and cortisone in March 2006 for my chronic asthma. Corticosteroids make you retain water and look bloated. (cause you really need that when you are fat! lol)

So basically i am here to lose about 70 lbs. My goals also include increasing my self-esteem, self-love and self-worth! Once i am at goal i will be applying for my personal trainer abnd turbokick certification.

UPDATE: **Oct. 22nd, 2010** I have lost 35.5 lbs so far through weight watchers and Turbo Jam. Although, my Turbo Jamming has been very rare since the semester started. :/ I know....shame on me. I started TurboFire 3 days ago, Oct 24th and i today is my 4th day! So far so good; it is kicking my butt like it should. I just don't want my school stress to talk me into NOT working out. I need this program to help my mood, my confidence, my stress levels, my body.... :P We shall see how it goes. I wish i owned a camera to track my progress but i am a poor student. :(

UPDATE: ****Feb 14th, 2011*** I have lost 54 lbs total since April 2010 and feeling good! I am planning on losing about 30 more lbs to reach goal. I have been having trouble losing since December, have been plateauing since but i'm not giving up! Started including more weights in my exercise regimen and excited to see what changes that will bring! I'm still using TurboFire and i simply LOVE it! I"M ON FIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I'm combining it with Chalean Extreme and a little bit of TJ on tired days! :)
