I am a 42 year old wife and mother of two girls ages 21 and 10. I work full time M-F and have had a hard time getting to the gym. I prefer working out at home, but I lack motivation. I purchased P90 about 4 years ago and did not stick with it.(How I regret this) I am 50 lbs overweight and feel like a 65 year old woman, literally. I purchased P90 about 4 years ago and did not stick with it.(How I regret this) I am 50 lbs overweight and feel like a 65 year old woman, literally. I ache everywhere and have severe sleep apnea, which means I have to sleep with a CPAP machine every night. My goal is to lose this weight and keep it off, so that I may be healthy some day soon.
