I'm 40 years old and I hate to exercise but with the beachbody programs it's not unbearable and I do have fun once I convince myself to just do it. I have a real problem with afternoon snacking and it seems that even if I occupy some of the time with exercise I will still head to the pantry after wards.

I've already lost about 20 lbs but still have about 10 to 15 more to go. I keep going up and

I've been trying to change my eating choices and I love to do the turbo jam works!! I also do some of the hip hop abs and the yoga booty ballet but I must admit that the turbo jams are my favs. More ...
I've been trying to change my eating choices and I love to do the turbo jam works!! I also do some of the hip hop abs and the yoga booty ballet but I must admit that the turbo jams are my favs.

I just need to find the motivation to keep up with it and not stray on the weekends and not to head to the pantry in the afternoons. Right now I do a turbo jam cardio or another type of cardio in the mornings then in the afternoon I do a bit of stretching or one of the resistance training workouts. Then in the evenings I try to do a bit more cardio but not as intense, such as walking or my elliptical.
