In January 2009 I decided it was time to start taking better care of my body since I would be turning 50 in October. I did not want to see my health decline as I aged so I started jogging on my treadmill and working out while eating a balanced diet. To date I have lost 46 pounds and now my goal is to get ripped and to increase my 5k race time. I love working out to Chalean Extreme DVDs and
