New Paris, PA Wow! I have finally worked hard enough to get me here! I'm so excited to start this journey in my life. I guess my journey started in February when I decided that I needed to do something with my body. I wasn't extremely overweight but just wasn't where I wanted to be. I wanted to feel good about myself and be healthy. Have that feeling of confidence wearing whatever I wanted. I Wow! I have finally worked hard enough to get me here! I'm so excited to start this journey in my life. I guess my journey started in February when I decided that I needed to do something with my body. I wasn't extremely overweight but just wasn't where I wanted to be. I wanted to feel good about myself and be healthy. Have that feeling of confidence wearing whatever I wanted. I have always been active, working out but I never truly watched what I ate. (Even though I thought I did.) I always just ate what the rest of the group was eating, which is why I wasn't getting where I wanted. I am a mom of 3 boys under the age of 11 and I teach Kindergarten. So, I had a lot going on just like many other moms do! All I wanted was to lose 20 lbs. But, I couldn't make it happen. Because I wasn't watching what I was eating,the Turbo Jam that I was doing at my home for a few months wasn't giving me the results I wanted. Then, I saw Chalene's video, ChaLean Extreme, and thought I needed to have it! It changed everything!! One of the many great things about Turbo and ChaLean Extreme is the time! I don't have a lot of time to exercise so I like that they get the job done in a short amount of time! Beachbody is an awesome tool to help you track what you are doing. I started logging in my workouts on Beachbody and that is where I met Kristy McLean! She has been an inspiration and has motivated me with her story, her tips and advice, which has kept me going. I looked at her and because she was just like me, a mom with kids just trying to be healthy, I knew that if she could do it, I could too! I have been doing Turbo Jam, ChaLene Extreme and running since February and am excited to have lost 18 lbs. and I'm not finished yet! I now feel stronger and have that attitude that I can do it and I want to pass that on!
I decided to become a coach because I feel that Beachbody products and their tools, along with having coaches like Kristy that hold you accountable and are there when you have questions has been the reason for my success! I want to help others and motivate them to reach their goals so they can feel the way that I do!! Confident, Happy and Healthy!

In February, I started to get serious about my weight and health. Through the use of Beachbody products and the support of my coach, Kristy McLean, I have been able to go from 161 lbs. to 143 lbs. I have always looked at the scale as an indicator to how I was doing but measurements and the way your clothes are fitting is also really important! I'm still working to improve my fitness and hope that you will join me in the journey!
