Fitness should be fun! Most of us were in the best shape of our lives when we were kids, simply running around, playing tag, jumping rope, throwing a football. We had no knowledge of calories, we were just having fun and getting in better shape in the process. I say, be childlike! Every goal can be realized, every obstacle conquered with a specific plan and the right attitude to carry it out. Fitness should be fun! Find activities that you enjoy doing. That way, fitness becomes a part of your life every single day as opposed to an undesirable chore. And I do stress being fit every day because that type of attitude will ensure you get the results you want.
I love talking fitness, nutrition, program design and just talking in general! Hit me up! You can reach me anytime at mycoachchris@gmail.com
Be fit every day! No one is perfect. We all stray from the path occasionally. What’s important is that we make good choices consistently, allowing ourselves indulgences sparingly, and reaping the rewards for the rest of our lives! Bottom line is, if you can’t give it a year, don’t give it a minute!
Good luck, God speed and here’s to our SUCCESS!

Chris’ foray into fitness began at an early age when struggled to make weight for Pee-Wee football. He ran, swam and cut out fast food for the summer and came back that fall with a reinvigorated passion for the sport…and looser fitting pants. Throughout high school and college, he dabbled with weight training, only becoming serious when the university’s fitness coordinator observed him training some of his friends and offered him a job.
During his time at Wake Forest University, he trained clients, taught all types of fitness classes and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Spanish and Theatre. He graduated with honors in 2007 and began working as a personal trainer at Equinox Fitness in West Hollywood, California.
A certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Chris currently trains over 15 clients through weekly sessions and dozens more by way of online consultation. An aspiring actor, writer and entrepreneur, Chris constantly has projects percolating. He is in two films coming out this year. He has a lead role in the independent feature “The Loneliest Road in America” and a role in the upcoming Jamie-Lynn Sigler/Josh Stewart film "Wake." Chris was born in San Antonio, TX, raised in 8 different states, mostly New Jersey and currently resides in Santa Monica, CA.
