"If I'd known I would have lived this long I would have taken better care of myself." I have enjoyed this statement for years. A positive state of mind has also helped because I am now 78 yrs old and I am still teaching school. Now I am on my way with Beach Body Products toward health and wealth. I have joined every weight loss club that has been created except for Weight Watchers. I was president of TOPS for a year and lost a total of 6 pounds. When someone told me was hard on my heart to go up and down with my weight I stopped trying so I stayed within 5 pounds of my 200 pounds for years. Now I see that it is possible to rebuild my body and my strength through BeachBody. I use Tony and the Folks and 10 minute Trainer. I also take the multivitamins, joint formula, and the Whey. I also am walking and feeling much better.
