I've been fighting my weight for sometime now. Though my doctor has told me that I'm healthy (low blood pressure and cholesterol ), I still feel as though I can do better. My weight has always been More ...
I've been fighting my weight for sometime now. Though my doctor has told me that I'm healthy (low blood pressure and cholesterol ), I still feel as though I can do better. My weight has always been over 200bls. I eat healthy and drink plenty of water with occasional treats here and there. My problem is i'll start excercising but won't stick to it for long, let alone being motivated to keep myself going. So I need "HELP"...My life if crazy with work, school, and having a teenage daughter who is now in high school (9th grade). Not to mention that going over my mother's house doesn't help either. Right now my weight stands at 280bls and i'm only 5"7. My ideal goal would be to actually loose 80bls if at all possible. So now I know this is the first step, please i'm asking for your support in trying to help me stay on track. Any advice you give me would be more then a blessing.
