I was a full time Dental Hygiene student, now graduated may 2007. i am also a mother of a 2 year old, married and have a dog. i balance my family, house work (cooking, cleaning shopping, mowing the lawn, chopping wood and stacking it)and other activities which include national guard, turbo jam, looking for work and part-time school for my BS in DH.

Transformation story

i began slim n 6 two weeks after peyton was born in dec 2004 and went from 175 to 145. board with that i begaine power 90 in Jan05, then power 90x summer of 2005 and got down to 140.

i began slim n 6 two weeks after peyton was born in dec 2004 and went from 175 to 145. board with that i begaine power 90 in Jan05, then power 90x summer of 2005 and got down to 140.
I began school fall of 2005 it made it tough to work out and i gained 10 lbs to 150. As soon as i graduated in may 2007 i found my self scaling 157 closing in on 160. now i'm on a turbo jam kick, been trying to keep up with the program while i was in school but was too busy. now that i have plenty of time looking for a dental hygiene possition i've been able to work out 6 days a week for the past 3 weeks(july 07)and i'm 150 again. i'm hoping to stick with turbo jamfor another 3 weeks. With turbo jam i plan to do as much cardio as possible so i can burn this unwanted flab and finally see my muscles that i can feel underneith. my story will continue.....

update: well i did turbojam shrank inches until sept, then i started a new job and got distracted. finding i was tired at the end of the day. november came and i had a vision to look forward to. i made time for my workouts. tried doing turbo jam again. then my husband was interested in doing some workouts. we ordered p90x. he started the first 2 days with me, but stopped. he kept to the diet. i continue to work it. my goal is to finish this program. i'm already seeing results in the mirror and i'm only in my second week.
