I've been working out, on and off for almost twenty years now. I'm hoping that I'll stick with it now.
I'm 38 years old. I have a 15,12, and a 4 year old. In addition to my own kids I also babysit full time at my home. I am getting my husband involved with me this time. He is over weight and feeling it. He just needs some pushing.
I enjoy walking,on or off the treadmill. I love rollerblading!

I'm half way there. I have slipped off Miches ladder a few times, but otherwise I've been eaating smart. Switched everything from rice to bread to wholewheat,turkey bacon,fresh vegies, and cut out the procesed garbage!
I'm feeling a whole lot better. Both physically and mentally. I'm doing things I wouldn't have done in previous years, as in join a volleyball league or going bowling with the girls. I know I might not look like a million bucks right now, but I feel it, and that's all that matters right now. I'm going to stay on track with the help of my wowy buddies,my beachbody support team and the great people at Million Dollar Body. I also can't forget Mr Tony Horton! He's the man!!! Stay tuned....
