hi,i'm mzshuga. i'm a 42 yrs old female. my goal is 2 get in GOOD shape, and get into a PERFECT size 14. i've lost 60 lbs. over the last 5yrs.,but now i'm trying to tone and shape my body,& continue with a HEALTHY EATING lifestyle. i'm 5ft.3in., so i feel if i TONE my body, i'd LOOK a lot SMALLER, & MY CLOTHES WILL FIT ALOT BETTER, & in return I'LL FEEL BETTER!
