More statistics| nancy71 Truckee, CA I saw myself slipping. I wasn't paying attention any more to what I ate. I gained 15 pounds that I had lost back as about as quickly as I lost it. I was down at about 140 and about 23% body fat. Then I kind of relaxed. I still worked out 2 to 3 times a week, but I wasn't paying as close of attention to eating the right portion or to how much junk I was eating.
