This September I will be 57 years young. I have two children a daughter 30 and a son 38. I am a proud grandma of two grandchildren a grandson 10 and a grandaughter 9. I recently retired as a School District Human Resource Manager to pursue careet in Wellness . I have been happily married to my husband for 38 years. My hobbies include making mosaics, decorating, boating, and reading.

I have been using Beachbody products for a five and a half years now. I started with Slim in Six. I had such awesome results that I went on to do another round. With Slim in Six, I really More ...

I have been using Beachbody products for a five and a half years now. I started with Slim in Six. I had such awesome results that I went on to do another round. With Slim in Six, I really sculpted a new younger body. My butt lifted back to where it was 20 years ago. I have a flat stomach again like I did when I was in my twenties. I got the muscles that I never thought were possible from Power 90 and with Slim in Six I tightened and toned. The minute Power 90X came out I made the commitment to getting the best body someone in their fifties could achieve. This past six months I have been having a ball with the Turbo Jam and Yoga Booty Ballet workouts. My waist is now 26 inches. Who would have believed that was possible at 55? I think my before and after pictures tell my story. I have been told that they look like pictures of a mother and daughter. Beachbody products are the "fountain of youth". It is my hope to bring that message to people my age. You really can push back the clock!!!
