I am in my late twenties, married and at home with my very active little boy. My involvement with working out began as a preschooler while tagging along with my mom for aerobics class. I loved it. Later, I found that I could tag the boys in games and decided to run track and cross country in high school and college. Since leaving a team setting, staying fit has been a motivational struggle. I

My transformation is just beginning. I have been athletic in the past and only kept up occasionally. I want more energy, and I don't want to suck in when I am in a bathing suit. I want to hike longer and run faster and do it all without going to a gym--is that too much to ask? I love working out with other people and want them to come workout in my garage with me and we can keep each other motivated. If coming out to my house is difficult, then I am willing to meet up with you once/week! In the spring I want to start a stroller mom's group at Lake Tye and do a park workout with our kids and then cruise around the lake, trying not to stop at the Chocolate Moose at the end.
