1. Lose 2lbs. per week.
2. Follow Insanity program (currently on week 1) then follow with Asylum.
3. Eat clean for all meals each week, except 1 cheat meal.
4. Workout at least 6 days per week.
5. Drink at least 64oz. of water per day.
6. Dont make excuses/exceptions not to exercise!

Monthly
1. Lose 8-10lbs. per month.
2. Eat no fast or fried food.
3. Maintain workout program ( Insanity to Asylum )
4. Track progress through pictures, weight, body fat and measurements.

90 Days
1. Lose 25-30lbs. depending on body fat composition.
2. Do 50 regular push-ups, improve cardiovascular endurance.
