I had been suffering from a chronic illness for 2 years that was not diagnosed properly (and that's putting it lightly!). Although my liver enzyme levels where over 1,000 I was told that there was no medicine for my condition. My blood glucose was over 300 and my A1C was 14.6. I should have been dead! This reality forced me to become my own advocate and seek the help of a alternative medicine physician. He promptly put me on natural herbs and a strict diet. Nine months later after following his treatment my enzyme level went down to 200 and my A1C went to under Five.

I have now learned that there is a new beachbody product for people with Type 2 Diabetes. It is called Kathy Smith's Project You Type #2. I am currently using the exercise program and following the meal plan. I found it very beneficial in maintaining proper blood sugar levels.

I highly recommend Shakeology and Project You Type #2 for anyone who wants to maintain a good and healthy lifestyle. Now it is 2012 and I still going strong.. wake up with a 84-94 blood glucose and a A1C of 6... and they said it couldn't be done.
