I am nearly 38 y and mother of 3:15,13 and almost 3 years old children.After my last one i started training with turbo jam and at the gym and lost at least 20 pounds. In october 2010 i started having health problems who made me go down another 10 pounds, up to 139 pounds but i had no energy to continue my training now that this is stable it has been a mounth since i started chalene extreme program
