Hello and welcome to Team Beach Body.

My name is Nira Nave. I live in Denver, CO with my husband Gabe and 2 beautiful children (Daniel 3, and Aiden 7).

When I was in high school I weighed 115 lbs and I thought I was fat. Fifteen years and 2 kids later I wish I could be 115 lbs “fat girl” again... lol

So I made a pack with my husband to loose weight and be the fit parents that we need to be. I’m not trying to be 16 again but I do want to be healthy and be a good role model for our children (we both believe strongly in leading by example).

Although we’re home and not confined to a 9-5 job (we've been working full time from home for the past 10 years making our living of the Internet), I still cannot get motivated enough to hit the gym so I’ve been looking for alternatives.

Joining the Team Beachbody community was absolutely the right choice for me. It is such a powerful combination of products and tools, not to mention a great group of people who all share the same goals and make up the best support system ever.

Not only that, Beach Body also gives you the opportunity to achieve financial freedom when you become a Beach Body affiliate (Coach).
