RTF (Recently Turned Forty). DJ (Desk Jockey). Previous
exersize limited to occassional yoga and weekend "extreme gardening".
Otherwise, I have always suffered from CWA syndrome (Complete Workout Avoidance).
As Tracey will soon become an RTF herself, however, we're
more interested in having a little more energy and control
over our bods.

After 10 months of thinkning about it, Tracey and I started on this journey right before Thanksgiving 08. That wasn't great timing, but did make us think about that extra serving of stuffing. Anyway, More ...
After 10 months of thinkning about it, Tracey and I started on this journey right before Thanksgiving 08. That wasn't great timing, but did make us think about that extra serving of stuffing. Anyway, we started over after Christmas and I have to say, January was t-o-u-g-h. I felt like I'd been hit by a train for about the first 3 weeks.
Here we are at day 60 -- Feb 20 -- and this week I've done several things that I've never done before in my life: I ran 2.5 miles without stopping, I did 10 chinups, I curled 50 pounds... My measurements may not be changing as much as I'd like, but my body certainly is.
