I am 30 and want to be healthy as well as be a good role model for my daughter and husband! I am a Seventh Day Adventist. I love my church family and I am grateful to have found them all. The Lord is truly great, and has been very patient with me! Jesus is my Lord, and Savior, and hope that you have opened your heart to Him too! It is for Him, that I am trying to take care of myself. Found out that loosing weight and being healthy starts with YOUR EATING HABITS first!!! Took a Coronary Health Improvement Class--> CHIP and learned how to eat to loose weight! With that knowledge and More ...
Found out that loosing weight and being healthy starts with YOUR EATING HABITS first!!! Took a Coronary Health Improvement Class--> CHIP and learned how to eat to loose weight! With that knowledge and this site I should be healthy than I have ever been in no time!!
CHIP Starts with %10 daily fat intake! No animal products if possible! And I learned that cows do not make protein, they get it from the grains, and vegetable diet they eat! When you eat meat, it actually leaches the calcium from your bones, same as getting TOO MUCH protein. And chicken is the worst..Its way high in cholesterol..(a heart attack waiting to happen) So, I stick with Grains, Whole Wheat, Nuts, Beans, and of course fruits and vegetables!!! Water is the best thing to drink!!! Not artificial sweeteners that can actually cause weight gain, and cancer!!! Although, there is one herb that taste like sugar..Stevia..Google it!
So, eat right, and exercise! But remember, not in excess!
