I am 43 years old and as my screen name implies, need to change. I have 3 children ages 24, 19, and 10. I am an ER RN, and have been an adrenalin junkie for as long as I can remember. I have been basically living on cigarettes and coffee on the night shift. I have recently rejoined the land of the living and went to a day shift. I have been working out at home on and off for almost two years.

I have been working out at home on and off for almost two years. I keep falling off of the band wagon, and need some motivation to stay on track. I have SI6, P90, and YBB. I just purchased HHA. Looking forward to it.
