I am a 36 year old math teacher with a crazy schedule. In my 20s I worked in gyms as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Like most people my life got busy. The past few years in fact have been ridiculously busy. I love that I have these great workout DVDs that make me sweat in my own living room!

1) I now commit to regular exercise. It used to be that I'd work out when I wanted to. Then I realized there is no connection between wanting to work out and working out. Just push play. As a responsible adult we pay bills, do laundry, brush our teeth, etc. Those things have nothing to do with wanting to do them. They are just a part of a responsible healthy lifestyle. So is working out.

2) My regular workouts have helped my migraines more than any medication I have tried in the last 25 years. Now I'm off my regular daily, medicine and only have an emergency medication which I hardly have to take now. :) I'm not saying this will happen for anyone else, it is just part of my transformation.

3) Eating clean is not a diet. It is a lifestyle. Moreover, it is an integral part of a healthy body and a fit body.

There's more, of course, but I'll stop there.
