Hi, I'm 40 years old. I'm really overweight at 270# at 5'11" tall. I work third shift as a quality control inspector and it seems that when I get home, I don't leave until I go back to work! This weight has slowly crept on over the years. I was never what one would call svelte, but I was about 100# smaller at my smallest(in my adult life of course!) I'm hoping to lose lbs. and inches and get Hi, I'm 40 years old. I'm really overweight at 270# at 5'11" tall. I was never what one would call svelte, but I was about 100# smaller at my smallest(in my adult life of course!) I'm hoping to lose lbs. and inches and get some energy as I have none. I find my weight is stopping me from doing the things I used to love-fishing, going to the beach, shopping, basically going out in public all together. My dad was a big man, he had diabetes and heart problems and his life was cut short at 55. I don't want to repeat history-he suffered alot because he did not get a handle on his weight.I'm looking forward to beginning my journey here.

I was 270 lbs with little motivation or energy to do much of anything, let alone a lengthy w/o. I already owned P90 and Turbo Jam from previous attempts at shedding weight, but had never changed my eating habits, thus yielding minimal results.I was also slowly,steadily gaining more weight after each failed attempt. Then I started seeing the TMT infomercial. I must have watched it 10 times before I said to heck with it and ordered it. I couldn't believe how intense the w/o were! After a couple of weeks, I started getting way more energy and tackling more w/o per day. By the end of the first month, I started adding in some of my TJ w/o. By day 39, I was down 11 lbs and 15.5",woohoo! As of 8/9/09, I'm down 75 lbs, and 50.5" off my entire body! I still have a ways to go(another 25 lbs), but I know I can do it with all the friends I've made along the way on the message boards and by pushing play 5-6 days a week! Thanks Tony and Chalene!
