After 3 children, my body's gone soft, and as I'm aging, I am losing more and
more confidence in myself. I play soccer on a not so regular recreational basis,
but it's been my only activity. Not enough to keep in shape, that's for sure. So
here I am with the hopes of getting back the fitness I used to have...and maybe
the beach bod, too!
