I am 31 and have a son who is 4 going on 5 and he is my reason to get back in shape.
I also think that this is a great way to keep people working out because they have the help and support of others. More people start the year off and want to change but then as the year goes on people come up with reason not to stay with it. With this system people build a bond with others working for the same goal to lose weight and keep it off. Also some times we all need a little push to get us going on days when we don’t feel like working out for the day. We can push off workouts over and over again until we get to that point that our pants don’t fit like they once did or when we look at are side view we see that our body shape is not that great so we suck in our gut or try to. Some people never have been thin so even the thought of losing the pounds seems hard but it can be done with some work and lets get real for some of us its not just a little work but its hard work. If you don’t think the time is right now then you must ask how is it that we have time to do the things to make us unhealthy but never the time to stay healthy. Well we are all getting older and the older we get the harder it is to do what you can do today. SO the time is now.
So I hope everybody makes a lasting change and meet new friends and who knows, your story might end up on the front as a winner or better yet you might find lasting friends with the chance to say goodbye to unwanted pounds.
