Dear Tony and Beach Body,

I find myself compelled to write you this letter to express my greatest level of gratitude for developing P90X. After only day 1 I had envisioned my life changing before my very own eyes, and after completing day 90 that change has become reality! All of my life I have struggled with my weight, and no matter what diet or exercise routine I tried it never worked. My family would poke fun of me even to the point that my 93 year old grandmother called me a yoyo. She says this because once I'd lose a little weight I'd just gain it right back, up and down like a yoyo. My grandmother at the age of 93 was in better shape than I was at the age of 34. She takes yoga classes once a week, as well as tai chi, and even plays 18 holes of golf once a week. When I say she is in better shape then I am I say it in jest and people always laugh. However, until I started P90X I realized it was actually true. She was not in better shape physically however she definitely was mentally. If she sets her mind to do something of importance to her she follows through with it until the end.


I started P90X and after my 2nd day I noticed results that I did not think were possible. I was more excited than I can remember being in years. It got me so pumped that I could not wait until the next day just to see what results tomorrow would bring. As each day passed I could not believe the changes I actually felt, it was almost as if I were dreaming. I was on the phone calling everyone I knew to tell them P90X is the most incredible invention ever and wait until you see my body in 90 days. My wife said I literally sounded like an infomercial. My friend called me the next day to tell me that he and his wife ordered P90X because there is no way I could make up the results I have been raving about from the pure excitement in my voice alone. I feel like I have more energy than I did when I was 18 years of age. I actually slept less because I'd sit up at night envisioning my new life and all of the amazing opportunities that my new healthy lifestyle would bring me.

I took photos every week and I can't believe the transformation. After day 16 my wife went to work and told her friends that if she didn't take the photos herself she wouldn't believe they were real. After only two weeks it had looked as if someone superimposed my head onto someone else’s body. Only you know what, it’s not someone else’s body it was the start to the new and improved me! Not only has my body improved but I need to thank P90X because you have improved my marriage. My wife and I have really enjoyed these past few months together more than any other time in our last 7 years of marriage. P90X has just made me a happy and more confident person which in result has made not only my body stronger but my marriage stronger.


When I looked at my second week results photos I was literally brought to tears. I cried because as much as I wanted to see results in 90 days and knew I was going to work my hardest to reach them. There was always that part of me that had doubt that maybe it would not happen no matter how bad I wanted it or how hard I hoped it would happen. The moment I saw those Day 16 photos all that doubt became 100% reality. I knew that if my body has such drastic changes in 16 days just imagine what the new me will look like in 90 days. On day 1 I could not even do 1 push up and now after day 90 I lose count of how many vertical incline push ups I can do with ease. On day 1 I could not get through a single rep of any of the ab ripper routines and now after day 90 I can complete the entire ab ripper series and it feels great!


I love the feeling of seeing people that I have not seen in a few months and hearing them say "WOW, you look amazing!" Which is always followed by, "How did you lose so much weight and get in such great shape so fast?" I truly feel like a walking infomercial for P90X, I will talk about it with anyone who will listen. I went into the DMV and when they looked at my license they did not believe it was me. They then locked me in after closing to ask me how to sign up for the program. It truly is an unbelievable drastic change and I am loving every moment of it! My friends even nicknamed me "P90" and never call me by my first name anymore. I used to wake up on the weekends at noon and now I wake up at 6:00 AM for CardioX and count the hours until my evening workout. Who would have ever thought I would have loved this so much I would do "doubles" definitely not me! I just went out and bought all new clothes, what an amazing feeling! No more 48 Long suits now I'm a 40 Long, and from a size 42 jeans to a size 30, who would have ever thought!


Day 1 feels like forever ago and my old body is just a thing of the past. Now it's just the start to the beginning of rest of my new healthy life, and I am forever thankful to you. I just saw my grandma to celebrate my 34th birthday and I told her that Tony Horton has inspired me to realize that what makes my grandmother strong is her will to work hard to achieve her goals or as Tony would say “Bring It!” She is so proud of me and it was unbelieveable to see the smile on her face when she saw the new me!
