Im 17 year old, 6 foot 250lbs prospecting P90X success story. I live outside of Toronto in the good old country of Canada and Im here because I want to start this year with one thing in mind. A new me. Most of my life I have been overweight, and have had asthma because of it. Although i tried to be active as a preteen playing soccer twice a week was just not enough to combat against my poor eating habits.

My first year of highschool would have been my most healthiest, fittest time of my very young life this far. However, after I fell ill with mono my habits were thrown out of the window. It was only this year, my senior year of highschool in which I said to myself "This is not right, this isnt how you want to live the rest of your life" and so I began my quest for change.

A friend of mine had completed the P90X, and I was amazed with the results. He went from a small, thin kid to a buff machine. It wasnt until christmas when I opened my gift, that I had a burst of hope. P90X. HERE I COME!! My goal : to loose about 15% of body fat, and lead a healthy lifestyle.

I'm starting the P90X Lean on Saturday January 2 2010 and I must say Im just as nervous as I am excited. I hope this turns for the best. I will keep posted on here until I finish. Hahaha see you soon.
