Hi everyone! I am so glad to be a member of the MDB Club! I am a 45 year old mom of two. I work full time as a Health and Physical Educator in a primary school. I manage a swim school for 10 weeks during the summer months.

Well, I am one week in to my new way of life and I have to say that I have a whole new outlook! I am getting up religously in the early morning hours to workout with Tony. I have been doing Power 90 More ...
Well, I am one week in to my new way of life and I have to say that I have a whole new outlook! I am getting up religously in the early morning hours to workout with Tony. I have been doing Power 90 Sweat/Sculpt 1/2 and Ab Ripper 100. I am feeling a change in my buttocks and legs along with a change in my upper body. For a person who was always active and relatively fit, it feels good to come back home and own my body once again! I am looking forward to checking out my measurements at the end of week two and will weigh myself at the end of Day 30. So - check back with me for continued updates on my transformation into a leaner me!

***Okay - end of week #2. I have lost 3.5 inches from my waist and 1 inch off my hips. Starting to see progress - int he groove!

** End of week #3 - lost 2 pounds! Measurements remain the same :-( Feeling great when I get up in the morning! Can't wait to see what Day 30 brings!

**Day 30 - still at 2 pounds. Measurements total 12.25 inches lost so far! Have posted my 30 day pics on the thread that I'm on and here on my profile. Starting to feel like this is really going to make a difference!

**Day 60 - Major changes happening! I can actually fit into my clothes from last summer! I have lost a total of 20.25 inches so far - 5" from waist, 5" from each thigh and ten a few more here and there. I feel much stronger and have better stamina when working the Sweat workout. People have begun to comment on how much tighter I look :-) I am standing up taller and am proud of my accomplishments! I know that with hard work - I may not lose all of the weight on the scale but will drop those inches! I am on my way to a leaner and happier me :-) My son is noticing that his mom is "getting skinnier"!
