I have always been active but started gaining weight too easily it seemed after I hit 40. I ride horses for pleasure and try to work out at home in the mornings. I need a push and some support to make me stick with it. My eating is good morning and lunch but those sweets keep calling to me at night. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and stick with it by imprinting the words in my brain "Just Push
