Proud mother of a new baby (Katherine Marie, born Nov11/09), I'm working hard to burn off the baby fat, and learning to live a healthier lifestyle with my husband. We hope that our hard work and dedication to a healthy diet and activity schedual will rub off on our child and future children. I am also newly diagnosed with Celiac's disease so if anyone wants to swap some gluten free recipes with me

My weight previous to pregnancy was 135lbs. Toned and beautiful. I'm working hard to get it back, this is my progress sofar.

My weight previous to pregnancy was 135lbs. Toned and beautiful. I'm working hard to get it back, this is my progress sofar.

Nov 11/09 - Gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Weight topped at 178lbs on the last day of my pregnancy.
Jan 1/09 - Been working out hard for 2 weeks, eating healthy, baby weight decreased by 30lbs! Weighed in at 148.
Jan 10/09 - Today my fiance and I purchased p90x and I began the lean routine, but switched out the Kenpo for Plyometrics (I don't want the Kenpo to effect my kickboxing class as I'm new at in and need an instructor to show me good form) I believe this routine will help me to loose the last 7 pounds of my baby weight while also toning my body, allowing me to go back to how I was and probably even better!
