My name is Christine Dillard. I am 36 years old, married to Doug for 10 years. I have a 13 year old Yellow lab named Holly, and two beautiful and very energetic boys Robby-6 and Brandon-4. I live in beautiful San Diego, CA. I am a Christian, an accomplished Goldwell Hair Color Specialist in Encinitas, CA -overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a huge LOST, American Idol, and Biggest Loser Fan, and even a recovered Bulimic/Anorexic of more then 12years!
My relationship with weight management began in my Pre-teens with a mother who taught Aerobic Dancing and thought I was getting chubby. We began visits to the doctor for diet plans and I began a long if not rocky road, no pun intended, with diet and excerecise. At 5'5" in height, I have fluctuated between 101 lbs to as high as 180 at the culmination of each of my pregnancies. No, I did not have 60lb. babies as I desperately hoped I would, but rather put on well over the recomended 25-35 lbs of additional weight my doctor suggested for pregnancy. Currently I am, barely, a flabby, lazy, pear shaped size 6/8 and 132lbs. My mission, and I choose to accept it, is to reach and maintain a 120-125lb. weight with decreased fat and increased muscle tone and energy. I want to be healthy and inspire the peole I love to do the same. I look forward to a wild ride with all of you MDB/WOWY family!
