My name is Travaris Williams. I'm a former football player. Staying fit was always something I loved doing and I still do love it. When I first touched a weight from then on that was my passion.I did play some college ball then I got hurt. That kinda depressed me a little and i wasn't in the gym like I was when I was playing sports. But I got back in to it. Then 4 months ago I got sick and it has taking me since october of 2009 till now to regain my strength to even try to workout. So i gained all my weight back after I got sick so I decided to try P90X to lose weight. I started Monday Feb. 8, 2010 and I have never been this sore in my life but I love it.
