I'm a 35 year old male and try to stay in shape as best I can. 3 years ago I
was up to almost 200 lbs (I'm 5'10"). I decided to train for a marathon and
man did the weight come off. I have run two other full marathons and two
half-marathons since then. However, on my last half marathon and
marathon, I lost a ton of muscle mass (I think it was from bad nutrition).

Day 90 felt wonderful! I am in the best shape in my life and the pics back that up. The best part about P90X is that it has become a way of life for me and I don't want to go back! I am down an additional 6 pounds from day 60 and feeling and looking trimmer than I have in my life. Diet continues to be key and as I am taking a "rest week" between rounds I look forward to the lean work out "BRINGING IT!" in every way.
My motto for this round is "take the next step" and I'm gearing up to do that in all phases especially my diet.
