I have been working out on and off for a while. I do good for a while then fall off the wagon. I really just need the strenght to keep working out for life. I want this to be a life change.

I have always been the chunky sister. Weight has always been an issue for me. I want to break this cycle of fat for good. I try to get in one good workout a day and struggle to eat healthy. Food is a big hump to get over for me but I know in the end I will be victorious.
