My name is Nick Allemond. I am married with two children. I was an athlete my entire life even through my military career. After I got out of the military, I got a job, got married, had kids and found every excuse not to workout. I was about 235lbs when I gout out of the military in 2002. March 1st 2011 I was about 293 overweight, out of shape, out of breath and everything else. I had tried P90X a few years earlier, hince the word TRIED. I quit because it was hard.My parents had both had quadrouple bypasses, diabetes, high blood pressure and who knows what else. I knew it was time for a change if I wanted to be around for my family. March 1st I pushed play again with P90X. I did it but still kind of went through the motions because it was hard. If it were easy everyone would be doing it. I got about 6 weeks into it and sprained my ankle real bad. I was out for about 3 weeks. I told myself God does not want me to do this. I was wrong. He was testing me to see if I could handle adversity. I got back on the horse and finished P90X. Then I became a beachbody coach and a part of the Teamripped family. I then did a round of insanity with P90X. Then I completed Insanity the Aylum. Beachbody workouts are not for someone, they are for everyone. Anyone can do this, you just have to believe and surround your self you the right people.
