Boerne, TX Hello fellow Beachbody Member! My name is Nicole, and I am a 35 year old Interior Designer and a Beachbody Coach. I’m currently 5’2” and 127 lbs. and have struggled with my weight my whole life. Even when my weight was down the body under clothes was not a pretty sight-saddlebags, flabby arms, etc. My husband and I hope to start a family soon, and I figured it would be much easier to get Hello fellow Beachbody Member! My name is Nicole, and I am a 35 year old Interior Designer and a Beachbody Coach. I’m currently 5’2” and 127 lbs. and have struggled with my weight my whole life. Even when my weight was down the body under clothes was not a pretty sight-saddlebags, flabby arms, etc. My husband and I hope to start a family soon, and I figured it would be much easier to get into great shape before having a child than after. Before finding the Beachbody program I tried almost every form of exercise out there trying to find the right fit for me-from aerobics to weight training to pilates and back. I am far from athletic, but have always eaten fairly healthy and worked out regularly. I have seen results in the past, but never like the ones I have gotten in the past month of doing P90X and following the nutrition plan on MDB.com. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal, but I can’t tell you how different I already look and feel. Eating clean has given me more energy than I could have imagined. I always laughed at how really fit people seemed to talk quickly and bounce around. Now it seems I’m becoming one. I promise that if you stick to the nutrition and exercise programs you WILL see results!.
Recently, a coworker told me about P90X, and I have to admit I was skeptical about the program at first. I was also terrified that I would fail and give up. The first week I found myself frustrated and overwhelmed with the diet guidelines in the P90X book. I decided to browse the Team Beachbody website and randomly came across a member who was also a coach. For reasons I can’t remember(must have been divine inspiration) I decided to click on her profile and was so incredibly inspired by her story I decided to contact her for help. She promptly emailed me back with great answers to all my questions and amazing support to keep on truckin’. From that moment on my outlook changed. Per her recommendation I joined Team Beachbody and started using the menus and diaries. Life was so much easier. The website really helps to inspire you and inform you. By logging in your workouts you not only have an opportunity to win money, but you see the profiles of other members working out that day. It makes you realize you’re not alone, and you can do it!

30 Days: As I mentioned I am just finishing up my first month of P90X. I recently ordered Chalean Extreme and can’t wait to try it as well. This past weekend I saw some friends and family that I hadn’t seen in awhile. They were so complimentary, and definitely noticed my progress. It’s shocking how much my body and overall attitude has changed in such a short period of time. If you need any advice or assistance please don’t hesitate to contact me. I would be happy to help! 60 Days: OK. Now I'm 2 months in. I remember when I started I never though I get this far. We just got back from a vacation to Cancun. A vacation I was hesitant to take because I didn't want to stray from my program. I found that am now so commited to what I'm doing that it was easy to make healthy food choices. And, to the amazement of my husband, I ran back to the hotel room several days just to do my workout dvds. The most amazing part was that I felt good in a bathing suit. I have NEVER felt good in a bathing suit. The funny thing is, by going on that trip I was able to see for myself that I have come along way. I knew I had made progress, but it wasn't until I got out of my element that I could see how much I've changed inside and out. So stick with it guys! I promise it will happen for you too! PS I haven't taken my 60 day stats. You may notice that I haven't lost much weight in numbers terms, but my body looks completely different. And I had to buy new clothes for my trip because my old ones were too big. So don't get too concerned with what the scale says...
