I am a 31 year old human resource representative from Lincoln, Delaware. My goal was to lose 109 pounds for my health and - let's be real - for my vanity. I absolutely love Chalene's Turbo Jam workouts. With 50 pounds to go, I just got Chalean Extreme and am excited about reaching my goal.

I first started using Turbo Jam in 2007 but didn't stick with. I jumped back into it again as a New Year's resolution - trying to get a head start in November 2007. I have since added 10 Minute Trainer to my arsenal and am seeing steady, albeit slow results. January 2010. I haven't reached my goal weight yet. But I have completed 90 days of 10 Minute Trainer and just started Slim in 6. I plan to reach my goal weight of 165 before April 23rd, 2010.
