Mother of 3. Ages 9,11, and 17. I weigh more now than I ever was pregnant. My weight has caused me to have health issues, low self esteem, and depression. I really want to lose 40lbs at the max. I have a hard time finding work outs that I'm interested in. I am ready to commit to getting fit!
