More statistics| nmunier Wheatland, WY At 60 years young, I live with several dogs (who force me to work out, get up, go to bed etc!) I have been plugging away at my workouts with BeachBody for several years. Yes, I am in much better shape today than when I started. I can even do 7 to 10 push-ups at a time! This is a big deal to me since 4 years ago I broke my left wrist and the Dr's said I would NEVER do push-ups again! Most My Progress My fitness goal: Get Healthy Transformation story
