I have never been thin my whole life, but for a while I was medium fit. I was working out 6/7 days a week and was looking pretty lean (5'5, 140-145 and toned). Then I got into a relatively minor car accident, but it really set me back when I was put on a no strenuous exercise restriction, a lot of painkillers and sleeping medication for 3 months. I've had two children since then, and really let myself get into ridiculous shape (round). I am really looking forward to getting back into healthy shape for myself, my husband (who is on the journey with me) and my kids.
