Hello my name is Angelo. I live in Louisville, Kentucky. I have always been BIG or overweight. My goal is to have a size 38 waist and less than 10 percent body fat within the next year. I want to be able to see my abs and not be hesitant to take off my shirt at the beach.

Transformation story

I have been BIG all my life. I have never enjoyed playing sports or participating in any activity that required me to physically exert myself. It is hard for me to admit but I am lazy. I reached my heaviest weight (330lbs) in January 2009. I felt disgusted with who I saw in the mirror. The mirror revealed a fat guy who would get winded walking up a flight of stairs or playing with the kids. I became determined to do something. Following the lead of a friend and my wife, I lost almost 50 lbs with low impact exercise and a variation of the Atkins diet.
Last year sometime, while watching late night TV, I purchased P90 and Hip-Hip Abs but I never opened them. This week, I finally found the strength to open them.
