Hi! I'm Jackie and I'm happy to be here participating with the Team Beachbody. Recently I made the decision to buckle down with getting healthy and back on track. I've stayed tuned to the "Team Scheffy" gang along the way watching and listening to all their triumphs,which are many,anticipating my jump back on the band wagon. Well, that time is NOW! I know a GREAT song that talks just about that, rightfully titled "NOW"! Ha!
During my hiatus, I continued to tell my friends about how and what the "Scheffy gang" were up to and involved in such as workouts, diet, etc. I was able to turn a few onto to some of these great work out vids resulting in positive feed back which was cool. Now it's time to put into action all the "talk" I was putting out there about getting healthy and in shape and apply it to myself while continuing to help lead others in a positive direction.
I just recently became a coach which I'm very excited about! I look forward to encouraging and helping as many as I can obtain a healthy body. Through Team Beachbody and the great group of people here, it's impossible to lose! Looking forward to keeping healthy, spreading the word and sharing the love!
