I am done making excuses! No more poor eating habits and excess weight. I want to be healthy and LIVING when it is my turn to be a grandma! I WILL be a strong moma and a good example to my children!

I am doing P90X alone for now. I figure maybe when I reach my goal and end up more ripped than my husband, he will want to start again.
