I am currently working as Security Analysis Manager. As you may imagine my job pretty much consists of me sitting in a chair for 8+ hours a day. I saw P90X on T.V. one night a few years ago and thought what have I got to lose. I like a good challenge and knew from watching the commercial that it wouldn't be easy. I have been working out off and on for the last few years, but not really reaching my fitness goals. I received P90X in the mail and began my workouts. I thought I was in decent shape before beginning the workouts, but after the first week I knew I was far from being in good shape. What I like best about the P90X program is the variety. I never get bored and my body is constantly challenged. It also focuses heavily on "total body fitness". This is very important for overall health. Some programs just focus on losing weight or gaining muscle, but P90X ensures that you will do both while staying flexible and improving your cardiovascular health. Don't get me wrong this program is not for the person that has a current sedentary lifestyle. I would recommend that you go with P90 before hitting this one due to the level of difficulty from the start. I am about to start Les Mills Body Combat, which is a MMA inspired program that I am very excited about. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
