For a variety of reasons over the last several years I did not maintain my fitness level. I had many reasons, (e.g. moving to CA, the CPA exam, long hours, children) none of which really make any difference, but caused me to gain pound after pound. Finally, in early summer 2007, the straw that broke the camels back occurred when the button on my shorts popped off! I realized that I need to get back into shape and remain there. I began Power 90 since it was having amazing results for my wife (resultsdrivn) and with my long work hours, I needed to find a program that I could do in 30-40 mins a day.

All I can say is WOW! In the first six months I lost over 28 pounds and 3 pants sizes. Power 90 not only provided great results, it was fun too. When I began my transformation, the combination of Sweat 3-4, Sculpt 3-4, Abs 200, and Fat Burner Express, kept me coming back for more each and every day. Then I took my workout to the next level with the Power 90 Masters series (Cardio Intervals, UML, Scultp 5-6 were amazing). Now I am working out to P90X and it has truly taking my workout to the next level. The pounds continue to come off and I am at the lowest weight since college!

Team Beach Body truly provides me with the tools to be successful, workout at home, and spend time with my family.
