I am 39 and have finished school last year to become an RN. I am finally getting settled into my new job as a nurse for the neonatal unit of a nearby hospital, have 3 fabulous children, a patient husband, and am ready to get back into shape. In my youth I was always fit and thin, but once the babies started coming, and then school, I just lost interest in taking care of myself. Now I am sick

I am finally getting settled into my new job as a nurse for the neonatal unit of a nearby hospital, have 3 fabulous children, a patient husband, and am ready to get back into shape. In my youth I was always fit and thin, but once the babies started coming, and then school, I just lost interest in taking care of myself. Now I am sick and tired (literally) of feeling run down all the time and looking like a frumpy slob. I want to feel good about my health again and have enough energy to work my 12 hour shifts and keep up with my kids and household. Please help me P90X!
