I am a 28 year old female that has had a long journey. I have always struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. From fatty fried foods to decadent desserts, you name it, I ate it. At the age of 25 I was tipping the scale at 160 and my size twelves in clothes were getting too tight. My final breaking point was one day I was looking at myself in the mirror and I suddenly began to cry. I realized that I was tired of being miserable, I was tired of being unhealthy, and most of all I was tired of being overweight. From that moment on, I dedicated all my time and energy to becoming healthy and losing weight. I said goodbye to chips and dip and hello to salads and fruit. I began exercising four times per week. I was determinned to reach my goal and I never quit. After about three months, I began losing weight and feeling more energetic and healthy. Within about 6 months I was down to my goal weight and feeling better than ever before. Now three years later, I have still been able to keep the weight off. I now have joined Beachbody because I want to challenge myself even more and develop that six pack I have always wanted. I have ordered P90X and I am excited about the journey that awaits me. I am also excited for you too. So if you are tired of being unhealthy and overweight, let me help you achieve your goals, we can do it together. Remember........NEVER QUIT!
