Hi! My name is Natalie Ware and I currently live in Northeast Ohio. I have been involved in fitness since the young age of 3 when my parents would take me to gymnastics everyday. After participating in gymnastics for 13 years I knew college would be a struggle to remain in the same shape. Fortunately I found the University of Toledo Rec Center, which I didn't know at the time, would change my life. I began participating in several fitness classes and soon found myself teaching these same classes. I taught various exercise programs to numerous students, faculty, and community members. When all was said and done I had taught for six years and loved every minute. The rec center also opened the door for me to meet one very special man that I later married.
I am currently a professional aerobics instructor and teach various group exercise classes to people of all ages within the community. Together with my husband we make fitness a priority in our everyday lives.
